With a background in arts management, fundraising, partnerships, commercial enterprise and marketing, Zoe holds a wealth of strategic and operational experience across artforms including festivals, dance and visual arts. Zoe is a highly engaging fundraiser and advocate for the arts, and a skilled coach and mentor.

Zoe’s experience encompasses development and general management roles in regional and metro-based arts organisations including Horizon Festival (Sunshine Coast Council), Qld Art Gallery/Gallery of Modern Art, and Woodford Folk Festival.

As a member of the Executive Leadership teams at both Museum of Contemporary Art and Queensland Ballet, Zoe led large multi-disciplinary teams to achieve strong financial results ($10M+) across philanthropy, corporate partnerships, enterprise activities, and audience development programs.

Zoe managed the delivery of two large scale funding and organisational development programs at Arts Council England and has undertaken numerous professional development programs in arts leadership and organisational development including Australia Council’s Emerging Leaders Program.

Zoe’s understanding of a wide range of artforms and operating models is coupled with a passion for nurturing strong creative relationships between artists, arts organisations, audiences and the private sector.
